Illustrator Error [IMer]

Últimamente he tenido problemas al querer exportar mis trabajos finalizados desde Illustrator a imágenes PNG en una resolución de 1300 PPP, pues cada vez que va a finalizar la exportación me sale este error: "No se puede completar la operación debido a un error desconocido. [IMer]"
Y por este error les he tenido que pedir ayuda a los chavos del área de Diseño para que me ayuden a exportar mis trabajos.
Estoy 85% seguro que este error se debe a que mi maquina cuenta con muy poca memoria RAM, pues actualmente cuenta con 4GB, y no creo que sea el programa, ya que cuando me paso esto en Adobe Master CS5 lo primero que pensé fue que mi Suite fallo,  eh instale el Adobe Master CS6 y me dio el mismo error, es por eso que esto se debe a la falta de memoria.
Pues ahorita, solo esperare en acabar mi PC que estoy armando, ya solo me falta la tarjeta Madre y queda lista.
